Each year South Florida Parenting  magazine (a publication of the Sun Sentinel newspaper) geared towards parenting in South Florida, gives recognition to a selective few businesses by awarding them with the Kids Crown Award.

Children’s Fashion Trends

For spring/summer 2012 children’s fashion trends take inspiration from outside elements, bright colors and memories.

Modern shapes come into play with silhouettes becoming more simple and minimalist. The outdoors is shown through patterns and colors for this trend; earthy shades of brown, greys, sunset oranges, sea blues, and neutral creams. Patterns include florals and fireflies.

Another trend for children’s fashion for spring/summer 2012 is bright cheerful colors. Think primary colors mixed with pure whites as well as sea greens and blues.
